Excellent comments, Ian! Especially re incompletely cured dust.
Note regarding epoxy fumes per se: we should be careful not to overdo it, too, and take the fun out of the hobby or make it unaffordable. You may be dealing with pharma and tech customers who have more demanding safety concerns to deal with, such as highly toxic vapors and long worker exposures.
