Burn it and start again.
Only kidding. If the wrinkles are on the inside, you could just leave them. If on the outside, sand it flat and see how it looks then. If you do decide to re-do the area, sand it away some more, but be careful, since okume is softer than epoxy, and its easy to put valleys in the wood. Make the glass patch overlap the edges of the sanded area. Blend the overlaps by sanding after the epoxy has cured. Later coats of epoxy will cover the raw glass.
