The actual cutter is a a 10-horsepower, 80-pound router that costs as much as a good used car. The business end is a 1/4-inch (or 1/2-inch) carbide bit that we have to change every day, because the glues in the plywood dull the double-spiral bits quickly. You can't see the actual cutting head in photos because it's concealed within the "pressure foot" and chip collector assembly.
