Hi Stan,

I absolutely agree with Brian T. Don't mess around with those fumes... I learned the very hard way how ugly those fumes can be. Either wait for warmer days, or pay a pro HVAC guy $100 bucks to come in, look at the layout of your basement and tell you exactly what you need to do to keep the fumes/dust at a safe level.
