I'm curious about how these joints are glued. If done the usual way (thickened goop on facing surfaces, then assemble) I would expect most of the glue to get messily pushed out during assembly. Or do you use unthickened epoxy? I think they look fine, by the way (but I'm also OK with visible footpeg screwheads!).
