footbraces

Is there any special way to attach the footbrace bolts, not the through-the-hull ones but the ones with a 2" diameter round baseplate? How many layers of glass? Any Cabosil in the epoxy for strength? The stresses will be pulling the glass layers apart as well as the ongitudinal stresses from pressing the footbraces, so what's the most secure way to bond the bolts to the hull?
