One More detail...

... that hasn't been mentioned in this thread, yet. When I cut the aft hatch in the deck of the WR18 I built the radius of the deck relaxed quite a bit, almost comnpletely flat at the hatch openning. Of course I didn't notice till after I had the spacers and lip all epoxied in place - too late.
It was then that someone smarter then me addressed the "flattening deck" problem by clamping temprary formers to the deck to re-establish the original deck radius so while the hatch spacers and lip cured. Someone called the formers "henweighs". Good a name as any.
