Re: Bulkhead Hatches

The standard approach is to attach a pulley in the far end of the compartment and thread a long loop of cord through it to dag dry bags in and out of the compartment.

My bulkheads with hatches are three layers of 4mm plywood thick. See the link to the step by step photo.
