Thanks for all the advice!!! I did 4 pumps worth of epoxy and hardner (my pumps are calibrated for a 2:1 ratio) and thickened it to the consistancy of very thick peanut butter. That worked, it stayed in place. I also raised the temp in my garage to 75. I think making the smaller batches was the biggest help. I'll try to combine a bow and stern picture and post it tomorrow in case anyone cares to see the difference.
