Re: Staining the deck

So far I've only coated the inside of the hull, not the deck. Not sure I understand stained epoxy, is there an additive for epoxy to tint it? Also, if I stain the wood before the epoxy, will the epoxy adhere to the stained wood? Which is the better finish, wood stain or stained epoxy? Sorry for all the questions, just really anxious to get this thing built and start paddling.
