Re: Mill Creek 15 plans?

All three Mill Creeks have about the same amount of rocker.
At "displacement" speeds, 3-5 statute miles per hour in a kayak, lots of rocker is ideal. (Rocker is how much of a "rocking horse" motion your boat adopts when placed on a flat surface.) At displacement speeds, hull drag mainly comes from skin friction and not from the bow and stern waves. Rocker is extremely effective in reducing wetted surface, so you can really feel the difference. Rocker is at odds with good tracking in a kayak, however, so you have to strike a balance.
