Tom...if you choose to go with this method, you'll clamp all around the stack while it's on the deck to get the shape. It'll spring back some when you remove it but it easily clamps back to position when you add the rim and finish it off. This picture was taken just as I was aligning it to the centre...I continued to clamp it all around but I guess I didn't take a picture with all the clamps in place at this stage.
