Thanks to all! Though I hate to admit it, my descriptioin probably didn't get the need across. My problem is not in the actual stitching of the seams... They are fine. The problem lies toward the end of panels. It's as if both the bow and stern extend more than they should; when they are brought together, forming the "V", the panels will not meet the corresponding "V" of the bottom panel. this is the case at both ends. As I mentioned above, I know that the measurements are correst, both pre and post-epoxy of the bilge and bottom panels. Therein is my problem... Any clues?
