A dinner

Here's the line for the truly excellent dinner (well, except for the over-cooked greenbeans and soi-disant beer). But the chicken and potatoes were quite notably good and the salad & lemon meringue pie did the job. And the company of fellow builders and the CLC staff made it excellent.

After dinner, John Harris gave a very interesting presentation about the history and state of boat kits. He also gave us a sneak preview of the new surf kayak and told us some of the things besides kayak kits that CLC produces.

All in all, it was another class act. I don't know how these guys do it consistently year after year, especially with their brutal travel schedule, but they do. I ended up sore, sunburned and totally tired out (hence the late posting of these pictures) and all I did was the fun part.
