Re: hull paint questions

Timely question....I'll be starting to paint the hull of my Mill Creek later this week. I bought a quart of Brightside (white)and a quart of prekote. What is this penetrol stuff and where can I get it?
I'd also like to add a colour line just below the deck. How long should I allow the white paint to cure before masking and adding the second colour?
