Gap Filling

I did what I had hoped would be my final sanding before putting the fiberglass on the deck of my SW hybrid but found that I have some gaps that were not completely filled when I used the thickened epoxy. These gaps are quite small maybe one thirty-second of an inch wide/deep. Do I need to do another round of filling or will the epoxy used in placing the fiberglass on the deck adequately fill such small gaps?
