Andy,
If you google Icom, you can find the Icom America page. Enter "ic-m2a" into its search bar and it comes back with the downloads & instruction manuals page. Click on the link to get there, do a search on the page for "m2a" and you'll be at the link for the manual. Or just click on the link I've included (but I won't be here to do your searches for you the next time, so write the procedure down).
