I'm blushing

I think that I have my first run in with amine blush. I was applying my last fill coat and for the first time waited 48 hours since the previous coat. I lightly sanded the hull by hand and applied the epoxy. When I returned the next day the finish was a satin finish not the high gloss finish of all previous applications. will this just sand off when I thuroughly sand the boat with my orbital sander?
