Bulkhead install help

My plans for the Cape Charles didn't give much information on Bulkheads. Just said to cut them out of foam and glue them in. I made nice plywood bulkheads and am ready to install them. So my question is how should I install them? I plan to put put thickened epoxy all around their edges. Should I also put fiberglass tape for strength? If so do I need it on both sides of the bulkheads or just one. Thanks for your help!
