it be progress
Posted by theo on Oct 14, 2007
if something, anything gets done. It was better weather than predicted, dry enough to poke stitch holes with a Makita. If I can persuade the weathermakers to work in my favour I may be able to work a 3rd dimension into the Ches18 beyond the thickness of the ply. I'll do it by tab and unstitch method in favour of thinner fillets/less weight. Without a doubt It'll be better than my old cape chuck 18 which I know I finished crudely. If the Ches 18 looks anywhere near as good as your MC16.5, me and the owner of the 18 will be happy. (Did I tell ya I'm building it for a friend at work?)
