I've always built in the basement, in the winter and never fretted about the weather outside. The 207 hardener has always gone on and stayed bright and clear. I did notice that the cockpits and hatch areas of our CH16's (206 hardener) have clouded a bit, especially at the taped seams even though they have had very minimal UV exposure - I'm wondering if it's a bit of blush. I want to varnish all three cockpits over the winter so I'll see if I can somehow get rid of this cloudiness by washing and light sanding. The 207 gives great colour and clear results but it's pricey.
