All epoxy producers tell you to avoid breathing both the vapors and the dust. For information about health hazards and MAS epoxies, check the link to Mas Epoxies Safety Articles. Other producers provide similar information. And remember, if you get an allergic reaction to epoxy, it might be the end of your epoxy boat building career.
