My radius (radii) look fine. The ribs/supports are just rubbing against the sides of the hatch opening. I'm pretty sure my woodwork is fine, I think I just have a bit too much epoxy on the supports, and being afraid of making the opening too large, I was sure to err on the side of 'leaving the line' I traced for thte opening. I'll just shave the sides a touch and will be fine.
