Structural reinforcement begins with epoxy fillets applied where the transoms, center frame,and longitudinal stringer meet the planking. This is wood flour mixed with epoxy to a peanut butter consistency. Larger fillets mean more strength, but more weight. We kept our fillets to a radius of about 3/8".
