Spread thickened epoxy on the stringer and the mating surfaces on the insides of the transoms at either end.

Drop the seat into place, then build up a large-radius epoxy fillet at the bow and stern ends of the bench.

Three heavy weights hold the seat steady while the epoxy cures. Make sure the seat is level from side to side, and that the sawhorses can support the load!
