I am getting to the end of my build and have to start thinking about what colors to give the passagemaker. the first boat I ever built was a skiff and I painted the sole gray, and the hull dark blue, inside hull white. I am perhaps thinking about something like that again. or not. i like reffer yellow on boats but do not know where it would work on this boat. I will varnish the seats, transoms and top planks...but all else receives paint. any ideas?? anyone? hello?

There are a lot of pictures on the Passagemaker forum: www.pmdbuilders.net
including (if I recall correctly) images of a yellow PMD.
I painted most of the exterior of mine white, with the top strake varnished, and the first 3 strakes on the interior are green, with the bulkheads, seats, etc..varnished.
As I said, there are a lot of nice pictures on the forum.
