I would suggest waiting a couple more days to see if it cures.  Sometimes badly mixed batches will cure with time.  If if doesn't cure after that then you probably will have to scrape the gummy stuff off with some type of paint scraper/carbide scraper.  

Thank you ,  once cleaned off would you coat w/ epoxy or go to varnish?

I would put on another coat of epoxy to make sure the fiberglass weave is filled.  You don't want to be in a hurry and accidentally sand into the 'glass and have to start all over!
