I,ve painted the hull dark blue over the deck 1" and close to finishing varnish. I would like to run a white pinstripe inbetween the blue paint and varnish. I do not need a quart of brightsides for this, are there other paints that are suitable for this at a lower price (lower volume)?
Any tips or advice for this idea will be greatly appriciated.
If this sounds like a terrible idea, please advise.
Thanks John

Check out a paint called ONE SHOT that sign painters use. I believe you will find it in very small cans. Sign painters use it because it has a lot of solids and covers in one coat. It is very goog paint and weathers well.
You may also consider vinyl pin striping.
