I just bought a brand new in box CLC kit off Craigslist.  Seller said it was a Chesapeake  17 but when i went to meet the guy to pick it up it turns out it was a 18.  It was a great deal and he guy had driven an hour to meet me so i took it.  I am about 35lbs shy of the 210 lb paddler weight specifed for this boat.  Will it be entirely too big for me? 

I currently paddle a Impex Susquehanna so I am used to a high volume boat.  Any 175 pounders ever paddled a chesapeake 18 and if so how did it handle?
