How many Litres of varnish do I need for shearwater double ?
I'm at the stage for varnishing and don't know how many Litres I need for the shearwater double... I'm planning to do at least 3 coats
If anyone could let me know that would be great

I am guessing you have about 70 to 80 sq surface area of your Shearwater Double. In using Interlux Schooner varnish it will cover about 150 sq feet per quart. So you could get by with two quarts for three coats, but that doesn't count any inside varnishing. To be sure, you need to check with your varnish manufacturer on coverage, and also you need to find your true surface area. My guess I would get three quarts to be sure!
