Chesapeake 18, CA Glue, Deck Puzzle Joint
I have read the "TIP" on using CA glue to spot weld a puzzle joint and I like what I read...but, it leaves a question: Can I still conform the deck to the desired radius required without causing the puzzle joint to break?
If the CA glue joint can be used, it seems that this type of joint would be very clean and would enhance the final varnish.

I'm not sure a CA joint would "enhance" a bright finish. CA wicks extremely well and will travel along the wood fibers a good distance - I suspect it would leave a noticable mark under varnish. Test first.
