Sooo, I ended up getting a super deal on an 84" wide roll of glass. The Kahalo 14 materials list says 15 yds of 50" material, will the extra width let me use less yardage or did I just end up with a 34" strip for another project?

Cut your pieces on a diagonal to the extent that you can, instead of parallel to the edge. You won't get true bias cut, but you will get panels that are easier to form to the hull and will result in a very slightly stronger hull. You shouldn't have much more waste than you would with narrower cloth. -Wes
~ Without a doubt, CLC has provided the best customer experience for any product I have ever purchased. I wish you also sold cars, dishwashers, computers, etc. ~ more
