Installing VCP rubber hatches on a Chesapeake?
I just ran across this photo and was wondering how they recessed in the front deck to install the VCP hatches on this Chesapeake 18? http://smalltrimarans.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/sea-kayak-trimaran-3.jpg
Has anyone seen this boat or know how they did it?

That is Pam Clagett's massively tricked out CH18. It's won awards at both Okoumefest and Mid-Atlantic Small Craft Festival. I've seen it and it needs to be seen to be believed. I don't know exactly how she did the recesses, but if I see her at O-fest this weekend I'll ask her if there are any postable (or already posted) pictures. Laszlo
