I just finished glassing the deck on my Shearwater Sport Hybrid. It looks great. I had a couple of minor pilling spots from glass fluff. I'm going to sand the pilling and a couple of high spots.
My question: Is it OK to wipe down the deck with denatured alcohol to remove contaminants before doing the next coat of epoxy. i don't want to weaken the epoxy or cause any blush.

DN alcohol or just water is fine for blush removal. I like wafer and a scotchbrite over cured epoxy when the glass weave is still present.
