Today was the big day. After some tense moments my son and I turned over our Peeler with no trouble or issues. We used two ratchet straps and easily rotated the boat once lifted free of the sawhorses - easier done than said. I also had no issue easing the ratchets in a controlled manner.

Jeff,
Good to know. Even though we has a nice steel I-beam to attach the ratchet straps, I was afraid that the straps might damage the thin plywood of the sides and turned my Peeler by hand with 10 family and friends. Looks like the straps were the way to go.
