Northeaster Dory Final Sanding
I am in the final stages of sanding the interior of my Northeaster and will soon (finally) be varnishing. There are a few small spots where the epoxy coat was apparently thinner and I have sanded through to bare wood.
I plan to mask around those areas and roll on a thin layer of epoxy and resand. Any advice? Will one coat do it or should I put two on to start with?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

If it was my boat I'd do 3 thin layers.
