kaholo 12/6. side panel mistake
Hi there. Finished a peeler skiff. And decided to do a paddleboard. Loved the peeler skiff instructions. Hate the kaholo instructions. Epoxied the sheer chines backwards on one side. Need to get this epoxy loosened now to switch it to the other side. What do I do now. Have I blown this 1000 kit?

Two things you can do, and no, you haven't ruined the kit. First try using a heat gun to get the epoxy to let loose. Go carefully as the heat can burn the okoume if you're not careful. If that doesn't work you'll have to carefully cut/plane off the offending sheer, get some lumber and mill your own replacement. Either way this is no big deal.
