Not in my experience.  You can check on your order status by logging in to your account and see whether it has shipped or not, but then you just have to wait until the package shows up.

My order arrived this month and I received an email with a tracking number for every package. If they did not send you one I would ask. My kayak was sent with a shipping company, everything else was UPS. If you set up a UPS account you can log in and track everything they have that is coming to your address. You don't need a tracking number.
