Glassing horizontal parts on a Passagemaker
Laszlo brought up a good point.
Glass all horizontal parts of my Passagemaker to make them very durable.
Should I install all seats, fillet to bulkheads, glass then fillet again?
I am afraid if I glass first I may have some problem?

If it's a flat surface, by all means glass it before you install. It's much easier to glass flat on an open space than in the tight confines of the boat. You can even completely fill the weave and sand it ready for varnish or paint before you install it.
