Capsize drill lessons learned and best practices.
�I am getting ready to run my first capsize drill in my Sherry and I am interested in hearing your best practices and lessons learned.

Check this YouTube video: Northeaster Dory Capsize Test on Maine Island Trail. While you're there the same poster has some nice videos of sailing the MIT.
