I am ready to epoxy my bottom. All the stitching is done and looks good, but I notice that the bottom is rounded from bow to stern, presumably from the sides pulling it into that shape. It's flat from side to side, but has a rocker bow to stern. Is that the way it should be? I can find nothing in the instructions about it, and haven't found anything on this forum either. A 4' long level sitting in the middle of the bottom shows perhaps a 3/4" gap between the boat bottom and the level at each end.
Thanks!

There should be plenty of fore-aft curvature on the dory hull. Trust your kit parts! This is not a flat-bottomed hull. It is svelte and sleek.
