Between the Trailex (too expensive) and some customized or DIY design (too much work I’m not interested in doing at this point) there are new boat trailers on the market I envision just driving off the lot with that will serve my purpose well enough - getting my near-to-be-finished Tenderly to one or another close-by lake and back - and costing hundreds less than a Trailex. Can anyone recommend a reasonably-priced brand and model that will fit my 10’ Tenderly?

Venture VB-1300. They may make an even lighter one that would do for the TD, but I needed a trailer for a Skerry.
$899 including winch and tongue jack where I bought mine. Several dealers in MA and NH.
