Annapolis Wherry lap siding offset
Purchased an Annopolis Wherry kit in 2006. Finally getting around to putting together. The joint on the #5 board doesn't align cleanly between the middle and bow sections. Can someone confirm the required offset? Thx.

Thanks Simpsonboater. I tried to load a photo, but haven't mastered that yet. In the interim I figured out my error. This kit predates the puzzle joints. The planks are connected via scarf joints that are offset from a baseline. The #5 boards curve toward the gunwale, all the others toward the keel. I was trying to do all 5 toward the keel.

The puzzle joints or the joint with panel #4? Pics would help.
