Aside from the blade is there any reason why I shouldn’t put a round over on the rudder assembly? I don’t think the manual says anything about this.

cheers Well,I did the round over of the rudder assembly corners. I'm still curious what performance impact it might have. I suppose most of the assembly is above the water line, so perhaps not much impact. Regardless, it will look and handle better, and what I don't know won't hurt me? Haha
