Re: Eastport Pram - I plan on painting the outside of the hull and varnishing the inside. Which should I complete first?

If you varnish the inside first and get a little varnish on the outside, no big deal as paint will cover it. If you paint the outside first and somehow manage to get paint on the inside it's gonna be a pain in the butt to sand off without going thru the veneers. Varnish first, less worry.

Your choice.
Outsides are easier, so I like to do the insides first.
