I have my 3 layers of epoxy down and sanded on my WD12. The updated manual says to put on more layers. Is this an error? I always thought 3 was enough.
If the weaveis completely filled and the surface is smooth enough to varnish, you're done. There's individual variation in how people apply epoxy. Thicker layers mean fewer coats needed (but usually more sanding). I don't know what the manual assumes for thickness of coats.
Sounds like there's going to be a whole flock of ducks hatched in the next couple of weeks.
