Some expert (I can't remember who, sorry!) recommends removing accidental epoxy from skin with abrasive shop hand cleaner, like the orange stuff.
The reason given is that any solvent, including vinegar, will transport the stuff into the pores of the skin. So, "scrub it off, don't soak it in."
It sounded logical to me, so I use orange soap instead of vinegar whenever I think of it.
