Shop Cam Passagemakers

While looking over the Passagemaker Dinghies that were completed during the most recent class (see Shop Cam, http://www.clcboats.com/shopcam/page-show.pl ), I noticed that the "Front Fell Off" one of them. Must be some kind of design flaw.
