Too much sanding?

I have been doing what I hope was the final sanding on the deck prior to varnish. However, there are several small (1 to several sq inches) areas where I can see a bit of the glass weave. I can't feel any of the weave but I can see small areas of weave. A few areas look a little different when sanded at 220 grit, like dust sticks to it, but I still can't feel anything. Do I need to do another coat of epoxy and less sanding?
