Getting in

Curiosity strikes cat. How do you get in YOUR kayak? feet first, buns first?

I have a friend who gets in feet first with his kayak on the launch ramp. he then puts an arm on each side and slides the kayak down the ramp and whizzes off. anybody? anybody?
